Pelvic Pain
The pelvis is the structural and functional foundation for the spine and incredibly important for the proper function that whole system. Therefore it is important to start with the right “diagnosis”, ie what has gone wrong with the function of the pelvis. This is further complicated by the fact that the pelvic function can be affected by problems elsewhere in the body, so that it on occasion is necessary to “cast a wider net” to identify all the components of the problem, in order to find an effective treatment strategy.
Pelvic Instability.
Pelvic instability is a unique problem, which often consists of a combination of joint hyper- and hypomobility (moving too much and too little) within the same joint. This necessitates a very individual and often interdisciplinary treatment strategy to succeed.
Hip Pain.
There are many causes of hip pain. Some are degenerative in nature while others are caused by lacking or faulty motion, either of the hip joint or of the surrounding joints. When structural problems have been ruled out, chiropractic care is an excellent choice for conservative care.
